1. What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to order genuine BMW parts online and pick them up at our Bolands BMW Waterford dealership at a time that suits you. It’s quick, easy, and convenient.


2. How do I place a Click & Collect order?

  1. Browse our selection of genuine BMW parts online.

  2. Add the required items to your cart.

  3. At checkout, select "Click & Collect" as your delivery method.

  4. Complete your purchase and wait for a confirmation email with collection details.


3. When can I collect my order?

You'll receive an email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. Orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours, depending on stock availability.


4. Where do I collect my order?

Collections can be made from:
Bolands BMW Waterford
Cork Road, Waterford, Ireland
Please follow the signs for Parts Collection when you arrive.


5. What do I need to bring when collecting?

Please bring the following:

  • Your order confirmation (printed or on your phone)

  • A valid photo ID


6. Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes. Just ensure they bring the order confirmation and a copy of your photo ID, or provide us with their name in advance.


7. What if the part I need isn’t listed online?

No problem! Just contact our parts team directly. We can help you find the exact part you need—even if it's not currently listed on the site.


8. Can I return or exchange a part?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of collection, provided the part is unused and in original packaging. Special orders may be subject to different terms.


9. Do you offer fitting or installation?

Not through Click & Collect, but our service department can help. Contact us to schedule a fitting appointment.
