Refund policy

At Bolands BMW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return a part, please read the following carefully to understand our returns process and any restrictions that may apply.

Eligible Returns

You may return parts under the following conditions:

  • The part is in original, unopened packaging.

  • The return is requested and the item is returned within 7 days of collection or delivery.

  • The item was held in local stock or supplied from BMW UK.

Once the return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund using your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some parts are non-returnable, including:

  • Special-order parts sourced from BMW Germany.

  • Items that have been opened, used, installed, or are not in their original packaging.

  • Electrical items, due to their sensitive nature.

These items are ordered specifically to your request and cannot be returned, as we are unable to send them back to BMW Germany.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via phone (051872122) or email within 7 days of receiving your part.

  2. Include your order number, the part number, and reason for return.

  3. We will confirm if your item is eligible for return and provide instructions.


Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be refused.

  • Customers are responsible for safely returning the item to us.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process once the return is accepted.
