This website is operated by MMM LTD trading as Bolands BMW, an authorised BMW retailer.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. By purchasing, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Product Availability & Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Some products may be special orders (e.g. parts sourced from BMW Germany).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability.

You are responsible for selecting the correct part. If you are unsure, please contact our parts team before ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed.

5. Click & Collect

  • Most in-stock or UK-sourced parts will be ready for collection within 2 business days.

  • Special-order parts from BMW Germany may take up to 9 business days.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Do not arrive to collect your order until you receive confirmation from us.

6. Returns Policy

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of collection, if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Special-order items from BMW Germany cannot be returned.

  • Return eligibility is subject to inspection upon receipt.

7. Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available on request for an additional fee. Availability is limited and must be arranged directly with our team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bolands BMW is not liable for:

  • Incorrect parts ordered by the customer

  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from part usage or fitment

  • Delays caused by supplier availability, shipping issues, or external factors

We recommend professional installation of all BMW parts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product names, and BMW branding used on this site remain the property of BMW AG and/or their respective owners. Use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
